Activities

Activities in Clepside are abstractions over things you’re spending time on in your life, that might be Work, Meetings, Groceries, or simply Walking the Dog.

Every session you schedule in Clepside must belong to an activity, enabling some of Clepside’s core functionality:

  • See insights regarding the time spent you’ve spent on a certain activity see below
  • Build cards contexts that can be easily accessed across any session of a certain activity see below
  • Get fast access to all the sessions you’ve scheduled of a certain activity see below

Creating an Activity

Steps to create an activity:

  1. Go to the **Activities Screen**
  2. Click the **Create an Activity** button
  3. **Fill in** the **Activity Details**
  4. Press **Create**

Deleting an Activity

Steps to delete an activity:

  1. Go to the **Activities Screen**
  2. **Click the Delete** on the activity you want to delete

Creating Activity Cards

All the cards created inside an activity are made easily accessible across that activities’ sessions.

Steps to manage activity cards:

  1. Go to the **Activities Screen**
  2. **Click Open** next to the activity you're interested in
  3. **Select the Card Type** that you want to create

Access Activity's Sessions

Any session that belongs to an activity will be present in the Sessions tab.

Steps to see activity sessions:

  1. Go to the **Activities Screen**
  2. **Click Open** next to the activity you're interested in
  3. Go to the **Activity's Sessions Scren**

Access Activity's Cards from a Session

Steps to See activity cards from a session:

  1. Go to the **Calendar Tab**
  2. **Click the Session** you're interested in. Make sure not to click on the right edge of the session, since that will select it instead.
  3. Switch to the **Activity Tab**

Changing Activity's Background

Steps to change an activity's background:

  1. Go to the **Activities Screen**
  2. **Click Open** next to the activity you're interested in
  3. Click the **Palette** icon at the top
  4. Select the right Wallpaper
