Activities

Activities in Clepside are abstractions over things you’re spending time on in your life, that might be Work, Meetings, Groceries, or simply Walking the Dog.

Every session you schedule in Clepside must belong to an activity, enabling some of Clepside’s core functionality:

  • See insights regarding the time spent you’ve spent on a certain activity see below
  • Build cards contexts that can be easily accessed across any session of a certain activity see below
  • Get fast access to all the sessions you’ve scheduled of a certain activity see below

Creating an Activity

Steps to create an activity:

  1. Go to the **Activities Tab**
  2. Tap the **PLUS** button
  3. **Fill in** the **Activity Details**
  4. Press **Create**

Deleting an Activity

Steps to delete an activity:

  1. Go to the **Activities Tab**
  2. **Tap the activity** you want to delete
  3. Tap the **Activity Settings icon**
  4. Tap the **Bin icon**
  5. Confirm by tapping **Delete**

Creating Activity Cards

All the cards created inside an activity are made easily accessible across that activities’ sessions.

Steps to create activity cards:

  1. Go to the **Activities Tab**
  2. **Tap the Activity** you're interested in
  3. Tap the **PLUS** button
  4. **Select the Card Type** that you want to create

Access Activity's Sessions

Any session that belongs to an activity will be present in the Sessions tab.

Steps to see activity sessions:

  1. Go to the **Activities Tab**
  2. **Tap the Activity** you're interested in
  3. Tap the **Sessions Tab**

Access Activity's Cards from a Session

Steps to See activity cards from a session:

  1. Go to the **Calendar Tab**
  2. **Tap the Left-Side of the Session** you're interested in
  3. Switch to the **Activity Tab**, or swipe to the left.
  4. Explore your Activity cards

Changing Activity's Background

Changing an activity’s background is currently only possible on the Web.

Will be available on iOS in the near future.
